At JerseyRival, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned with original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, washing, alterations, or misuse may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@fightunrivaled.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the problem was caused during shipping or by our team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Exchanges

Need a different size or jersey? Contact us and we’ll do our best to help with an exchange based on available inventory.

Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders within 1 business day of receiving your order. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
